This system is designed to secure spaces for the physically handicapped (to prevent dishonest use by other vehicles) in public and large-scale parking lots so people with disabilities can use such parking lots with ease.

[Features]

• (a) Flaps are set in parking spaces for physically handicapped people (the flaps are always up when the space is not in use)
• (b) The flaps will lower only when the registered vehicle of a disabled user approaches, and remain down while the vehicle is parked.
• (c) Once the vehicle draws away, the vehicle detection device apprehends its departure and raises the flaps to prevent unregistered vehicles from parking.with the Center.
