Applications using built-in cameras of, for example, cell phones in combination with FSE functions are very promising. Examples for these applications range from limiting access to terminals and up to visual communication such as video phones or image mail.
As the core technology for these applications, OKI developed the “FSE (Face Sensing Engine)”, an face image processing middleware for embedding. We condensed easy-to-use face image processing functions into a compact form to offer a variety of solutions that make most of built-in cameras in cell phones and other terminals in a smart and fun way. |
