Enhancing Partner Support Program
Oki will enhance its partner support program, "Partner'sNet," by establishing closer partner relations, and supporting their sales activities. Each individual user can personalize his/her website through a portal site. Oki will help improve its partners' productivity and competitive edge by integrating the services at the following three centers:
- Direct Marketing Center -- to support sales activities through direct marketing
- Sales Promotion Center -- to provide information and tools for sales promotion, and support sales activities
- Customer Support Center -- to provide technical support for answering phone calls from sales representatives and educating them
Expanding Application Partners
Oki will start a "Com@WILL Application Partner Program" to collaborate with various computer application vendors in Japan and overseas. By collaborating with various applications, Oki will strive to help customers’ improve their productivity and competitive strengths around the world.
