Oki Electric Announces Executive Personnel Changes

Tokyo, Japan, May 26, 2005 -- Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE: 6703) today announced that at the day's meeting, the Board of Directors has made its recommendation for executive appointments, which will be effective on June 29, 2005.
