Attention to Use of OKI WWW Server

  1. COPYRIGHT

    Unless otherwise expressly stated, Oki Electric Industriy Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter called "OKI"),its subsidiaries and/or other related third parties reserve all rights, including but not limited to copyrights and other intellectual property rights, related to any material, document, software, data and information (hereinafter generically called "MATERIAL") delivered from OKI WWW SERVER (hereinafter called "SERVER").

  2. RESTRICTED REPRODUCTION

    1. You may reproduce the MATERIAL delivered from the SERVER under the terms and conditions herein, provided that the reproduced MATERIAL is used for non-commercial purpose only.
    2. You shall not do any of the following:
      1. to modify the MATERIAL
      2. to alter the MATERIAL
      3. to adapt the MATERIAL
      4. to transmit the MATERIAL to the public
      5. to display publicly, and
      6. to perform publicly
    3. You shall involve the same copyright notices as affixed on the original MATERIAL, if any, in any copy reproduced by you.

  3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF THE SERVER

    1. Any MATERIAL in the SERVER may include individual directions or notices that is different from the conditions herein, related to the use thereof.
      Such individual directions or notices have precedence over the conditions herein.
    2. No license is granted to you herein under any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade dress or other intellectual property right related to any MATERIAL delivered from the SERVER , except as expressly provided above.

  4. DISCLAIMERS

    1. At OKI's sole discretion, OKI may make any modification, revision, improvement, alteration, adaptaion, change or discontinuance, at any time without any notice, to any MATERIAL delivered from the SERVER and to any product, service or other information described in the MATERIAL.
    2. Any MATERIAL delivered from the SERVER is delivered on "AS IS" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of non-infringement of any right or title and any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of data.
    3. Neither oki nor its subsidiaries shall be liable for any loss, cost, expense, damage, settlement or judgement in any event which arising out of or in connection with any use of the SERVER or any MATERIAL delivered from the SERVER.
